The STAR card is offered to our members to access their accounts at ATMs in the STAR network. Ohio Operating Engineers FCU also participates in the Alliance One ATM Network. This network provides members with access to surcharge-free ATMs across the country.

Our ATM cards provide a "point of sale" (POS) feature for purchases at most retail outlets.
